There’s always something going on at Erskine. Our recreation team is always busy organising events, visits, outings and activities for our residents. There’s something to do six days a week at Erskine, sometimes seven, and evenings as well.

Something for everyone

Whether you like a quiet game of cards and an old movie, or prefer to be out and about visiting places and mixing with residents from other homes, we’ve got something for you.

Some of the activities Erskine residents can enjoy include:

• Indoor activities – such as carpet bowls, dominoes, card games, quizzes, singers, entertainers, and even Wii games
• Big screen entertainment – films and live sporting events, often with pie, beans and chips at half time
• Events – including Burns Suppers, food and whisky tastings, and arts and crafts
• Outings – to local places of interest such as museums and galleries and trips to football matches, shopping centres, the Waverley, and racecourses
• Visits – from The Royal British Legion, Rotary clubs, Royal visitors, schools, pipe bands, and more
• Get togethers – with residents from other Erskine homes

It’s those little extras that make Erskine care so special, and helps our residents live life to the full.
